I found the food very tasty and I have to say that the service was very nice. I would have liked to give 5 stars here, but: Not offering card payments in 2020 costs one star, especially in a tourist area and not somewhere to note or point out that there is no card payment and then the guests at the end 10 minutes Running the city to get cash is absurd in my eyes and ruined the great experience and also cost a star (EC terminals cost just under 40 euros one-time and 0.2% per transaction, which is 50 euros on ours just 10 cents ..., that should be in there with a tip of 5 euros ...). It is a shame and unnecessary or is the wrong billing intentionally and therefore this payment method not desired? I don't want to imply anything, but no matter how you think about Corona (I'm not always of the political opinion there, but you have to adhere to the rules, since we are part of a democratic solidarity society and I didn't have to fill out a slip in the restaurant, which also makes me a little more afraid that the receipts are being conjured up and therefore the note is undesirable ... but that with the mask was also overlooked by the customers, so it may not be an evasion approach, just ignorance )

Delicious meal. However, we had to sit outside even though we had ordered and it got cold and we had to wait a long time for our food.

No problem getting a table. Service very friendly. The tomato soup deserves its name and was the best I've ever eaten. The pizza was very thin and very tasty, as was the pasta dish on the extra recommendation card. Great and 5 stars

Definitely to be recommended! :) We received a friendly welcome, got a table immediately without a reservation and our service was super friendly and attentive. :) The food was really delicious, prepared and delivered quickly and the portions were just right (not too big and not too small). :) In addition, the price-performance ratio is definitely right! We would have expected higher prices for the quality of the food and were accordingly very positively surprised when the bill was brought. :)

A nice place for a nice evening. Great service, friendly and very pleasant. The food was absolutely 4 star value. For the 5th something was simply missing. Wrong dressing served and too much cream in the starter on the mushrooms and uneven distribution of salt. The pizza was delicious and the place is highly recommended.

We recommend! Large selection and great service. Sitting outside, if it gets fresh, with blankets and a really cozy atmosphere inside the restaurant. Reservation makes sense.

Always happy ... I'm a regular and always get what I want quickly! The service is perfect and always in the right place at the right time. Il modo has been my favorite restaurant for 7 years and I am a cook myself !!!

Due to the understaffed and thus very overwhelmed staff (who were very friendly despite the stress), the quality of the meals probably suffered. Not available over the phone, 3 dishes were forgotten and the pizza was like a piece of kitchen roll. It is best to plan a lot of waiting time at the moment. Per: + Meat very tasty + Friendly staff With the next one we hope a better personnel situation and will adjust the evaluation accordingly.

Really great friendly staff and very tasty cuisine. Be it fish, meat, pasta, or pizza. We have enjoyed everything here so far! Even the espresso after dinner was excellent.

Meat dishes are not recommended here, to be honest, they haven't eaten this badly for a long time. Salad was okay. Had a starter, but it took 2 hours to get the main course. Infection Protection Act is not taken seriously, nor have we been registered. A note before ordering that card payment is currently not possible would have been nice.

Wonderful food, we both had a pizza with a nice, crispy thin crust. Restaurant was packed with both locals and tourists, always a good sign! We were greeted at the door and service was lovely all evening. Would recommend!

Great. A host who put all his heart into the food and the service was fantastic. More is not possible.

After we walked through the whole place and found the only restaurant where you could get something warm to eat in this location, we were very surprised to the positive. The service is first class. The young man who served us enjoyed first class training. Since we are active in the catering trade, we appreciate this very much. Top shop keep it up !!!

We went to the restaurant twice during our vacation. Once there was pizza and once there was pasta. The service was great on both days. Very nice service and the food came very quickly. Highly recommended in terms of taste and quality! 5 stars and best regards from Erfurt

One of the sweetest restaurants I've been to. The restaurant is very nicely decorated, the beer garden is beautiful and invites you to linger. The staff is very friendly and goes to every little special request when ordering. The food was great! It was the only restaurant we visited twice on vacation and that should mean something. For me, the restaurant is unrivaled within 30km. Always happy!

This place was very nice good quality food but not too expensive. The pizza was very Italian with the thin crust and not too much topping. The lasagna was not the best with a bit of a boring flavour but not too bad. The penne was very tasty and I would recommend that to anyone going to this restaurant. The staff were friendly but a bit too rushed for the experience to be top notch. All in all 4 out 5 stars.

We are the first time in Plau on vacation and have discovered this great restaurant, are thrilled with the food it is fresh and great prepared, the value for money is very good. The boss a great hospitable person with great staff, the waiters are effort very friendly and accommodating. Tomorrow we are here for the last day and will definitely go for a delicious dinner. The restaurant is very cozy and nicely decorated inside and out. Best regards and see you next year !!!

Very nice pizza and service too!

A very cosy restaurant (outside), our food was delicious and the staff were kind. Waiting was a bit longer than I'm used to, but that was to be expected since there were a lot of people there.

The perfect place for lunch or dinner. Italian food. Pizza, pasta, seafood, salads, fruit, wine, all delicious. I would recommend!
